Percival Creek is more than a name — it is a tribute to the waters that flow through the South Puget Sound Community College campus and the deep-rooted Olympia brewing culture that defines our home. Located in the heart of the Tumwater Craft District, our program honors the Pacific Northwest's rich history while shaping its future.


We didn't set out to just make good beer; we set out to prove that world-class craft education and community investment belong in the same bottle. Every pour is an invitation to taste the heritage of Tumwater and support a new era of exceptional quality where history and innovation meet.

The Waters We're Named For

Percival Creek winds through the heart of Tumwater, Washington — carrying the spirit of a region shaped by clean water, fertile land, and generations of makers. We took our name from these waters because they represent what we stand for: something rooted, something real, and something worth preserving.

The Tumwater Craft District, where our tasting room and production facilities live, sits on land adjacent to the historic Olympia Brewery and on the banks of the Deschutes River — one of the most iconic brewing sites in the Pacific Northwest. We're aware of our place in that lineage, and we take it seriously.

Percival Creek is produced in partnership with South Puget Sound Community College's nationally recognized Craft Brewing & Distilling program. Our students don't just study the craft — they live it.
